A New Beginning

New Beginnings: This week I embraced a new beginning as the Interim Principal of the Ambrose School. It is an honor to be part of your school and a member  of the Ambrose Community. I can already tell that Ambrose is a unique and special place and I am excited to be a part of it.  This week I  had the opportunity to meet with some of the staff, and familiarize myself with the school.  All of the cheerful welcomes were heartwarming and made me feel right at home.

Even though summer vacation is here and the hallways are quiet, Ambrose remains a warm and welcoming place. 

This summer I have several goals I would like to meet. One is to work as hard as I can to ensure a smooth transition for students, staff and parents. One is to read and reflect on my practice  and lastly, I am eager to enjoy some time with my husband Mike, my three children Noelle, Michael and Anthony and of course my dog Georgia Belle.  Summers certainly go by quickly.  Enjoy books, enjoy the sunshine and enjoy making memories that will remain in your heart all year! I look forward to meeting each of you soon.
